Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us! Please understand that when you forget or cancel without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time and clients on our waitlist miss the chance to be seen.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment if canceled on time.
